If you want to return an order, please send an email to info@dvetestudio.com specifying the problem/refund you want to proceed with. We will provide you with the needed transport documents after approval.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of shipment with refund. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags.

We do not offer refunds returns after 14 days of receipt.

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way by a third party. Only items in their original condition, with all tags still attached, and returned within the specified timeframe, are eligible for a refund.

Once returned items are received, we will make every effort to process all refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 15 business days. All return processes must be initiated by us.

The full amount paid for the order will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, which are the customer’s responsibility unless special circumstances apply. We are not responsible for items until they reach us. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or arrive damaged.

For this reason, items must be carefully packaged and returned using an insured shipping method. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Customers may arrange their own international return shipping, provided that the method includes tracking.

Please note that return shipping fees will be charged.

Final Sale Return Policy

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on items purchased during Archive Sale, seasonal Sale events, or Black Friday promotions. These products are considered final sale, which means they cannot be returned or refunded.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct item before completing your order. Size exchanges may be accepted for the same item, subject to availability, but exchanges for a different product or refunds are not permitted.

This policy is in place to allow us to offer you the best possible prices and manage our inventory efficiently. Final sale items are often heavily discounted and may be the last pieces from our collections.
